- My name is Velina Novakova and I was born and live in Bulgaria.
I am a great gourmand of life, especially thanks to the tantric teaching and learning to take in the joy of life.
Throughout my life, I have been learning to open up to people, and intimacy work and tantra have been instrumental in the process.
Intimacy work and the tantric teaching have greatly deepened my experience and broadened my knowledge and today I am happy to be able to pass on what I know to my clients.
A happy mother of two wonderful children – a boy and a girl and a Landscape Architect by education, I adore life and live it fully and intensely touching its diversity with all my senses. This Bliss.., this Blessing.., Delight and Ecstasy connect with all I touch. By sharing the sacred knowledge I carry I help others through my spiritual development and teaching.
Already at the age of 17, I completed the “Silva Method of Mind Control” and realized how vast the human consciousness is and how directly our actions and thoughts are related to our state of health on all levels and bodies. Many other programs and trainings followed, such as
– The “Insight Seminars” (level I – IV) in 2013, as well as the “Master Class” of Insight in 2022.
– Different levels of “School of Life” and “Essence” in 2011-2018
– PAT I of the Movement for Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) in 2022.
My strength is in communication and the ease with which I connect with people, in building trust and freedom of the Spirit through the Love I carry in my heart.
My first contact with my work as a therapist started years ago when I started doing Tai-Chi and yoga, and started working with pregnant women. Then I developed several author practices within yoga, dance and guided relaxation and meditation through which I helped many mothers experience their “Orgasmic Birth with Love”, which I still do today. My love for movement and dance also led me to leading dance and movement meditations and to creating my author practice “Dance Yoga-Stretching”.
In 2022 I completed a training course on Sexual coaching and de-armouring or removing the psycho-emotional armor with Andrew Burns (in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria).
I also got certified and have been working as a tantra therapist with an emphasis on healing tantra, which I completed with Katika Legatova in Slovakia.
Exploring my own sexuality, I rediscovered the Essence of Life. I let go with confidence in the flow that brought me here to help people experience themselves as they are. Enriching and expanding myself through the training I have undergone over the years, I have realized that I can be of help to women and men in different parts of the world to reach the freedom to express their sexuality. To know themselves and their sexuality and to free themselves from their psycho-emotional and sexual blockages. To begin to enjoy a fuller life and sexual experiences that expand their consciousness and transform their life’s path.
Like a garden full of flowers I spread my joy for all to share. Very sexual, very alive and full of possibility I share my transcendental dance through the true compassion and immeasurable love I carry in my heart!
