Sexological Bodywork Workshops
These workshops are recommended for people who, if they experienced a traumatic event in the past, have gone through a therapeutic process after it, with healing and letting go of the old stress. Our workshops are transformational rather than therapeutic in nature and it is therefore required that participants should be able to take responsibility for themselves and communicate their boundaries clearly with both the facilitator and other participants throughout the whole event. Another prerequisite of attendance is your willingness to be in the present moment, to stop putting pressure on yourself and to set off on a journey of self-discovery accompanied by other like-minded people.
About Workshops
Since the workshops deal with intimate topics, we keep the number of participants low and choose pleasant, warm and intimate venues to bring forth and support the feeling of safety in your body. Smaller groups up to 20 participants also make it possible for us to spend enough time with each participant and look at the topics that they bring to the workshop. This means that in spite of the workshops having a fixed structure, we incorporate individual wishes and themes which are necessary to achieve connection and deep understanding of the topic.

The workshop is equally recommended for partners who have the feeling that they don’t understand female sexuality and sexual experiencing.
The secrets of the pelvic floor
A one day experience for women. The education is based upon the 3 times 3 method, created by Renata Sahani. This method relates to 3 different levels
I was pregnant, but...
Have you ever experienced a miscarriage? Now, a year ago, five years ago? Do you feel you cannot get over this experience? Do you feel a lot of sadness, anger, resentment… or on the contrary, do you seem to be feeling much less than before? Especially regarding joy? Do you feel you have no one to share this experience with?
Anal mapping
In our culture, there is a huge taboo attached to the anal area. This is a great pity because it is a gift our bodies hold for us – a gift that can lead us to intimate experiencing of ecstatic dimensions that transcends the limits of our bodies and our intellectual understanding.
